She is survived by: her husband Randy Spencer; her children, Alexandria Spencer (Nick Mendenhall) of Westerville, OH, William Spencer of St. Marys and Henry Spencer of St. Marys; her father David Stroh of New Knoxville; her brothers, Mike Stroh (Robin) of St. Marys, Jeff Stroh (Cortney) of Celina and Matt Stroh of Wapakoneta; and her aunt Mary Moran (Pat) of St. Marys. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Auglaize County Cancer Society in memory of Jennifer.
