He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Miller (Rebecca) of Delphos, OH, Lisa Haworth (Dan) of Minster, OH, Misty Wolaver (Josh) of Sidney, OH and Cody Gullickson (Sarah) of Sherburn, MN; and his sister-in-law Debra Miller of St. Marys, OH.
