He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kaye Phillippe; his children, John Phillippe (Donna) of St. Marys, OH, Jeff Price (Anne) of Celina, OH and Regina Chilcoat (Charles) of St. Marys, OH; his grandchildren, John, Taylor, Laura, Austin, Tori, Ridge and Gage; his siblings, Billy Gilbert of St. Marys, OH, Edward Gilbert (Mary) of Celina, OH, Brenda Gingerich (Dave) of Celina, OH, Anita (Mike), Roger Gilbert of Celina, OH and Rita Hagaman of Celina, OH; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Temple of Celina, OH, Bill Keck of Celina, OH and Bill Phillippe (Diane). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
