She is survived by: her husband Dwayne Axe; her children, Melissa Axe of Cincinnati and Kevin Axe (Julia) of Saint Marys; her siblings, Michael Moots (Janet) of Powder Springs, Georgia, Patty Salmons (Mike Lotz) of Wapakoneta, Kevin Moots (Mary) of Lima and Shellie Schnarre of Wapakoneta; her stepgrandson Liam Clements; and her extended family, Lois J. Axe of Saint Marys, Steve Opperman (Linda) of Saint Marys, Dwight Axe (Carmen) of Wapakoneta and Charlotte Axe of Saint Marys. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
