We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024, at the age of 82, Fred L. Shawhan Sr. of Saint Marys, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Shawhan and Beatrice Shawhan (Andes); his wife Rosemary Shawhan; and his brothers, Harold Shawhan, Charles Shawhan and Floyd Shawhan.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Shawhan (Tina) of Delphos, OH and Karen Shawhan of Butler, PA; and his sister Frances McClelland (Elizabeth Williams) of Hamilton, OH. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren 3 great-grandchildren.
He was proud to have made numerous blood donations to the American Red Cross.
