He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Pierce and Kathryn Pierce (Sloan); and his wife Carolyn "Joanie" Pierce (Skirvin). He is survived by: his sons, William Pierce (Jody) of Fishers and Edwin "Ed" Alan Pierce (Kimberlee) of St. Marys; and his grandchildren, Robert Edwin Pierce (Leanne), Elizabeth Pierce Kuhn (John) and Jonathan Pierce (Joshua). He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; also other relatives and friends.
