He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Schmehl of St. Marys, OH and Kathy Schmehl (Koetter) of St. Marys, OH; his brother Josh Schmehl (Ashley) of Mt. Vernon, OH; and his grandmother Dolores A. Schmehl (Etter) of St. Marys, OH. He is also survived by extended family which includes numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
