He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Cook and Lela Cook (Vogel); his stepmother Gladys Wright Cook; and his brother Art Cook. He is survived by: his wife Doris Krogman; his sons, Brian Cook (Marge) of Saint Marys and Dana Cook (Kim) of Saint Marys; his grandchildren, Taylor Cook, Grant Cook and Ross Cook; his sister-in-law Ramona Cook of Saint Marys; and his nephew Steven Cook of Coldwater.
