He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Kugler and Clarabelle Kugler-Kuck (Parsons); his former wife Janice Kugler-Henderson; his wife Sondra Boomershine-Kugler; his son Robert Kugler; his grandson Tony Kugler; and his sons-in-law, Victor Hadding and Wayne Holleger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Hadding of Elida, OH, Charlotte Holleger of Rawson, OH and Cheryl Kugler of Lima, OH; and his stepson Tom Boomershine (Glenda) of St. Marys, OH. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren numerous great-grandchildren.
