He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sally Jean Botkin; his children, Deb Evans (Mike) of Spencerville, OH, Penny Kogge (Rick) of St. Marys, OH, Steve Sands (Candy) of Titusville, FL and Bryan Sands (Heather Irish) of St. Marys, OH; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Elbehairy of Buffalo, NY and Shirley Felver (Terry) of St. Marys; his parents, Robert Sands and Vivian Sands; his grandson Brayden Sands; his siblings, Carl Mason, Donald Mason, Joann Bussey, Jim Sands, Bobby Sands and Dorothy Milligan; his parents-in-law, Edward and Carrie Botkin; his siblings-in-law, Sue Jane Botkin and Mohamed Elbehairy; and his pet Yorkie. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren 7 great-grandchildren.
