It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Lea Hays of Saint Marys, Ohio, who passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Holtzapple and Laura C. Holtzapple (Slemmons); her husband Kenneth Hays; and her sister Gloria Fannon. She is survived by: her children, Mike Hays (Pam) of Butler Twp, Pam Messick of St. Petersburg, FL and Lyn Bubp (Kyle) of St. Marys, OH; her close friend Robert Cunningham of St. Marys, OH; and her sister Cleta Vogel. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
