He is survived by: his children, Donald Mullins of Montezuma, Ronald Mullins (Lisa Leugers) of Saint Marys, Deborah Vanover (Verlin) of Saint Marys and Cindy Reed (Timothy) of Saint Marys; and his siblings, Mary Oakman of Celina, Geri Watt (late Jim) of Celina, Sharon Orick (Roy) of Mohave, Arizona, Danny Mullins (Kathy) of Saint Marys, Charles Mullins (late Garnet) of Deltona, Florida, Sonny Mullins (Liz) of Celina, Angie Wicker (Tom) of Saint Marys, Rhonda Caudill of Celina, Sherri Feister (Scott) of Celina and Randy Mullins of Celina. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
