She is survived by: her children, Tammy Courtney (Ty) of Van Wert, OH, Tony Russell of St. Marys, OH, Pam Slife of Cridersville, OH and Ronald Dean Smith II of St. Marys, OH; and her brother Allen Irish (Deloris) of Coldwater, OH.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren 15 great-grandchildren 2 great-great-grandchildren.
