She is survived by: her mother Betty Lou Smith of St. Marys, OH; her siblings, Tammy Courtney (Ty) of Van Wert, OH, Tony Russell of St. Marys, OH, Pamela Slife of Cridersville, OH and Ronald Smith II of St. Marys, OH; and her stepsisters, Tonya Smith of Celina, OH and Tracy Smith of Celina, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
