She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Weghorst and Agnes Weghorst (Bayer); her son Mark Axe; her sister Mary Lou Blommel; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Blommel and Phil Lolos.
She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Axe (Linda) of New Bremen and Daniel Axe of Celina; her grandchildren, Brian Axe (Katie), Leslie Petrozello (Ben), Brett Axe, Jon Axe (Lisa), Jessica Swisher (David), Luke Axe, Stephen Axe and Dalton Axe; her great grandchildren, Andy, Charlie, Ellie Axe, Chiara Petrozello, Jack and Bradley Swisher; her siblings, Sylvia Lolos of Murrells Inlet, Larry, Sonny, Jim Weghorst (Sally) of Myrtle Beach and S. Carolina; and her daughters-in-law, Sandy Wierwille, Mandy Ruvoldt, Brenda Tuescher and Kelly Gambill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
