He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Quellhorst of St. Marys, Ohio. and Wilma Quellhorst (Bruns). He is survived by: his daughter Jen (Cody); his grandson Killian (KJ); his daughter Jessica Quellhorst of Las Vegas, Nevada; his siblings, Keith Quellhorst (Kim) of Lima, Ohio, David Bruns of Ventura, California, Larry Bruns of Ventura, Craig Carpenter (Teresa) of O'Fallon, Illinois and Jeannie Bartoz (Troy) of Madison, Indiana; his niece Kelsey (Keith) of St. Marys, Ohio; his nephew Trevor Quellhorst of Spencerville, Ohio; and his friends, Jack Yaney, Greg Scott, Bill Dysert, Tony Williams and Roger Dysert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other distant relatives.
