She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin C. Blakeley and Carol L. Blakeley (Mann). She is survived by: her husband John Douglas Knapp; and her daughters, Kimberly Blackburn (Jon) of Lakeview, Lora Fogt (Dale) of Jackson Center and Carol Ferguson (Larry) of Anna. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and twin great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
