He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver E. Vordermark and Mildred E. Vordermark (Kuhlman); his wife Janet Lee Heintz; and his in-laws, Larry Lewis and Wilbert "Bud" Maschke.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Vordermark (Aunna) of Waterford, Amy Dulaney (Ron) of Ware Shoals, Phillip Vordermark of Greenwood and Michelle Scheuer (Maurice) of Vonore, Tennessee; his close friend Patricia Shiley of St. Marys; and his siblings, Sharon Lewis of New Knoxville, Mary Maschke of New Knoxville and Ned Vordermark (Rebecca) of New Knoxville. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
