She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Slack and Virginia Slack (Spalden); her husband Thomas D. Futral; and her sister Sally Chaney. She is survived by: her sons, Dirk Futral (Jan) of Newark and Mathew Futral (Lisa) of Frazeysburg; her grandchildren, Arryn Galipeau (Bobby), Jessica Weakly (Trent) and Sean Futral; and her great grandchildren, Cole Futral, David Galipeau, Noah and Finn Weakly.
