It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger M. Smith of Saint Louisville, Ohio, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smith and Mary Atta Smith (Wilkin); his son Scott Alan Smith; his siblings, Ronald Smith and Eloise Tharp; and his son-in-law Dr. Paul Rothaug.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Smith (Holton) of St. Louisville; his daughters, Stacie McDaniel (Steven) of Utica, Senena Esty (Jeff) of Utica, Stephanie Rothaug of West Jefferson and Shani Reed (Brian) of St. Louisville; his sister Eileen Biggs; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Fulk (Damon), Cassie Grennell (Jordan), Branden McDaniel (Morgan) and Brody McDaniel. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
