He is survived by: his brother Russ; his wife Betty A. Biggs (Wince); his son Rodney Biggs; his daughter-in-law Donna Biggs (Shaffer) of Utica; his grandchildren, Ariel J. Biggs (Julian Ybarra) of Galloway and Austin J. Biggs of Clintonville; his sister-in-law Russell; his sister Lu Bone of Monroe; and his sister-in-law Nancy Davis (Larry).
