He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Orville and Alpha Jean Skinner (Eden); and his son Anthony Ray Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Donna J.; his children, Bruce Skinner, James Skinner (Nancy), Susan Law (Tim) and Cathy Weakley (Mat); and his brother Steve Skinner. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
