He was predeceased by: his parents, James Royal and Florence Irene Fogle (Wood). He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Fogle (Frey); his children, Steve Fogle (Pam), Jim Fogle (Kathy), Lorie Phillips (Jeff), Ed Fogle, Deb Pound and Jane Salyers (Eddie); and his caregivers, Brandy, Donna and Lorraine. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers you may donate to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospital in Loran's name.
