He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Muir (Baker); his son Lyle M. Muir (Laura); his grandsons, Matthew J. Muir, Paul L. Muir, Luke R. Muir and Adam H. Muir; and his nieces, Nancy Diaz and Barbara Lanthorn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
