She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl and Neva; her husband Ray A. Skinner; and her children, Bruce Skinner, James Skinner (Nancy), Sue Law (Tim) and Cathy Weakley (Mathew).
In lieu of flowers, her family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Central Ohio in honor of the care and support they provided for her and her family.
