He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Luther and Judy Bush (Burkam); and his brothers, David Luther and Craig Bush. He is survived by: his wife Debra K. (Blackburn); his children, Richie Luther (Shannon) of Newark and Flossie Luther of Cape Coral, Florida; his stepson Philip Mitchell of Utica; his grandchildren, Tanner Dyer and Kiah Smith; his great grandchildren, Paten Smith and Violet Heim; his former wife Connie Luther; and his pet Duster.
