She was predeceased by: her parents, Vye Repass Milliken Stephens (Billie) and Howard D. Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Keith Miller; her daughters, Amy Miller Jackson (Thomas) of Bethesda, MD and Jennifer Jane Rhonemus (Barry) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Morgan Carpenter (George), Connor Smith (Olivia), Drew Smith, Grant Jackson, Aaron Gorman, Jacob Gorman, Mary Grace Jackson and Paige Miller; and her sisters-in-law, Gleva Stephens and Jackie Williams (Tom). She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Judie's name to After School Programs of Lancaster, 620 Garfield Ave. Lancaster, Ohio, 43130.
