He is survived by: his wife Thelma Fortkamp (Wimmers); his children, Bill Fortkamp (Jenny), Lynn (Billy Cannarozzi), Julie (Jeff Smith) and Vic (Shantel Fortkamp); his in-laws, Barb, Larry Poppe of McCartyville, Marcia, Ben Tebbe of New Bremen, Ron "Herbie", Treva Fortkamp of St. Rose, Ed Grieshop of Anna, Marilyn Fortkamp of Minster, Linda Fortkamp of New Bremen, Becky Wimmers of Barlett, IL, Mary and Mike Vagedes of Tipp City; his siblings, Josephine Grieshop, Lee and Ralph Fortkamp; and also, Cara, Corine Cannarozzi, Jack, Riley Smith, Alice and Dolores Fortkamp. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren, and wife.
