He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kunk and Marcella Kunk (Klenke); his son-in-law Dale Bruns; his siblings, Phyllis Gibbons and Donald Kunk; his brother-in-law Dick Remaklus; and his parents-in-law, John and Betty Remaklus.
He is survived by: his spouse Pat Kunk (Remaklus); his children, Todd, Linda Kunk of St. Henry, Kendra, TJ Hoke of Bellbrook, Meghann and Brad Hess of Rossburg; his grandchildren, Courtney, Jacob Rindler, Riley, Jack, Brooklyn, Bryce Kunk, Carter, Griffin Hoke, Taylor, Nicolas Shoemaker and Nathan Bruns; his great grandchildren, Archie Rindler and Lucy Shoemaker; and his in-laws, Tom Gibbons, Jane Kunk (Gigandet), Janet, Ron Niekamp, Paul, Annie Kunk, Rene, Dave Bollenbacher and Judy Stout.
