It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael C. Niekamp of Saint Henry, Ohio, born in Celina, Ohio, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Niekamp and Dorothy Niekamp (Rutkowski); his grandson Nate Niekamp; his parents-in-law, Bob and Helen Subler; and his in-laws, Gerald, Greg Subler and Jim Stover.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Niekamp (Subler); his children, Todd Niekamp of Shantytown, WI, Terry (Cheryl Niekamp), Kevin (Stacy Niekamp), Steve (Jackie Niekamp), Laura (Josh Brown), Beth (Paul Droesch) and Sarah (Nathan Jenkins); his grandchildren, A. J. (Carli Niekamp), Kaylee (Jaren Fishbaugh), Jeremy Niekamp, Olivia Niekamp (Dilyn Good), Zachary, Lucas, Mia Niekamp, Clay, Wade, Zane Niekamp, Quincy, Lainee, Tucker, Chase Brown, Addie, Logan, Carter, Simon, Joanna Droesch and Bodhi Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Stella Fishbaugh and Ada Niekamp.
