It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David J Rhoades (Saint Henry, Ohio), born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Grant; his grandmothers, Eva Smithon and Irwana Rhoades; and his stepgrandfather Jack Smithton. He is survived by: his mother Karen Rhoades of Oakridge, TN; and also Aunt Janet Lampert of Oakridge, TN.
