It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Irene (Saint Clairsville, Ohio), born in Glencoe, Ohio, who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Mark Passmore; and her siblings, Russell Passmore, George Passmore, Helen Bolon, Bernice Walker and Hazel Paisola.
She is survived by: her parent Clara Wheeler Passmore; her husband Charles Russell "Bud" Hall; her children, Gary Hall of St. Clairsville, Jack Hall (Jean) of Indiana, Jeanne Cooper (Jim) of Idaho and Becky Mozena (Mike) of St. Clairsville; and her brother Mark Passmore (Pat) of Circleville, Ohio.
