It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Meigh (Saint Clairsville, Ohio), born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent William "Red"; and his daughter Beth Ann Meigh. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Meigh (Jones); his wife Dorothy Meigh (Wagner); his daughter Marty Baugh (Chad) of St. Clairsville, OH; his grandchildren, Cassi Hynes (Dustin) and Taylor Baugh; and also, Elaine Jewell of Marilyn Kinnison and Karen Jarvis.
