He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Maceyko Bilyeu; and his nephew Mark Bilyeu. He is survived by: his children, Michael Bilyeu (Maureen) and Amy Bilyeu; his grandson Eligha Hill, Jr. of St. Clairsville; and his brothers, Dave Bilyeu of Beallsville and Gary Bilyeu (Ann) of McConnelsville. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
