He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Baker Kinsey of St. Clairsville; his sons, Charles Kinsey (Lisa Wieneke) of Adena, OH., Paul Kinsey (Nancy) of Frankfort, OH and Jeffrey Kinsey of St. Clairsville; and his siblings, Betty Bain and William Windsheimer of Maynard. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
