She was predeceased by: her daughter Candice Patricia Van Horne. She is survived by: her husband John W. "Jack" Van; her daughter Jodi Mitchell (Mark) of Rockville, MD; and her sister Patricia Grimes (Glenn) of Wintersville, OH.
