She was predeceased by: her parent James Comman; and her husband Guy A. Alderman. She is survived by: her parent Margurite "Rita" Moore Comman; her children, Leslie K. Alderman of St. Clairsville, Jennifer L. Alderman, Randall M. and Curtis W. Alderman; her granddaughter Whitney Alderman of Los Angeles; and her sister Elizabeth Miller (Harry) of Belmont.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Belmont County Animal Shelter.
