He is survived by: his parents, Perley Underwood and Eleanor Criss Underwood of Bellaire, OH; his wife Beth Winberg Underwood of St. Clairsville; his daughter Brittany Underwood of Waynesburg, PA; and his siblings, Perley "Lee" Underwood (Lorna) of St. Clairsville, David Underwood of St. Clairsville and Tammy Underwood of St. Clairsville.
