He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Frakowski and Katherine Russin Frakowski; his wife Donna Rae Wallace Frakowski; and his siblings, Anthony, Bernard Frakowski, Katherine Beam, Rose Saksa and Josephine Mankowski.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley "Buzz" Frakowski (Cristy) of St. Clairsville, Linda "Sissy" Antolak (Stanley) of Belmont, OH., Sandy Nolte (Randy) of St. Clairsville and Becky Brooks (Greg) of Shadyside, OH; and his grandchildren, Amy Giesecke (Bryan), Brad Frakowski (Jenna), Brett, Brady, Brice Frakowski, Misty Schultz (Brad), Jaime Gossett (Brian), Stosh Antolak (Camille), R. J. Nolte (Andrea), Stephanie Davis (Chris), Heath Brooks (Jaclyn) and Jared Brooks (Chanda). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.
