She was predeceased by: her parents, W. K. Turner and Anna McCombs Turner of Virginia; her daughter Mary K. Ambrose; her son-in-law Jimmy Baugh; and her siblings, Virginia Sickles, Betty West, Robert and Calvin Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Norden and Amy Baugh; her grandchildren, Christopher Baugh (Allie) and Alison Muklewicz (Mike); her great grandchildren, Ryah, Lex, Kash, Bane and Deklan; her sister Barbara Broadhead; and her pet Marshall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Clairsville Friends of the Library or the Belmont County Animal Shelter.
