He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Twardoski and Carmella Twardoski (Motto); his mother-in-law Mary Jane "Mimi" McCutcheon; his niece Kara; his sister-in-law Christy; his cousin Robert Edgell; his godmother Doren Evanovich (Nonie); and his uncles, Victor Piciacchia and Mickey Kryah.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Twardoski (McCutcheon); his children, Gina Reitter (BJ) of Weirton and Adam Twardoski (Dakotah) of Wheeling; his grandchildren, Jayden Reitter (JJ) and Brynlynn Reitter; his siblings, Sheryl Stankovich (Nick) of Colerain, Ohio and Frank Twardoski of Dillonvale, Ohio; his aunt Josie Piciacchia of Yorkville, Ohio; his nephews, Nikolas Stankovich (Cathy) and Kyle Twardoski (Shana); his cousins, John, Stephanie, Shane Mallett, Jim, Nancy, Susan Edgell, Becca Moore (Steven), Mark Kryah (Karen) and Shelly Kryah; his aunt Charlotte Kryah; and his friends, Dr. Renato Dela Cruz (Nancy), Lynda Chek, Maureen Pollock, Marsha Carey, Sheri Nuzum and Debbie Glavaris.
