We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2020, at the age of 82, Rosalie Harris of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fleahman and Violet A. Fleahman (Burwell); her husband Frank T. Harris; her siblings, Eunice "Leland" Sutton and Jerry Fleahman; and her grandson Kalib.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Harris, Jr. (Rose) of Monroe, MI, Alan Harris (Carrie) of Barnesville, OH and Kimberly Frakowski (Kevin) of Maynard, OH; and her grandchildren, Erin Neddo (Shay), Brian Harris (Andrea), Alan Harris, Jr. (Paige), Konnor and Kraig Frakowski. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
