We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2020, at the age of 67, Ronald L. Howell of Saint Clairsville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Williams and LaVerne Howell Williams; and his brother Michael Williams. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Gorby (Kenneth) of Bethesda, OH, Ronald Howell, Jr. (Jeri) of Oklahoma City, OK, Lelia Howell (Paul) of Aleppo, PA, William Howell of Bethesda and Julia Bass (Mike) of St. Clairsville; and his brother Richard Williams of Bellaire, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
