He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Joseph Morgan and Barbara Ann Donkin Morgan; his wife Susan Morgan; his significant other Joyce Telfer; and his nephew Leslie Woodruff.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald J. Morgan, Jr. (Carol) of St. Clairsville and Jody L. Helton (Greg) of Lewis Center, Ohio; his grandchildren, Andrew, Lauren, Jared Morgan, Ethan and Ella Helton; his siblings, Tom Morgan (Melissa) of New Braunfels, Texas and Barbara Power of Rockville, Maryland; and his nieces, Melissa Menacher and Anna Bjerke.
