Fowler Stevens; his daughters, Lisa Elerick (Bill) and Lori Smolira (Wade); his grandchildren, Taylor Benedetta, Cory Elerick, Emy Smolira and Ayden Smolira; and his sisters, Vivian Arnold and Margie Phillips (Robert).
