It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Winters of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Winters, Jr. and Catherine A Winters (Beck); his wife Virginia Winters (Sickle); and his brother James W. Winters. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Leluika (Joe) of Palm Coast, FL, Mark Winters (Lea), Vicki Riebold (Rick) and Tracy Dupps (Steve); his brother Nelson E. Winters; his grandchildren, Justin Leluika (Andrea), Nicholas Leluika (Charlotte), Ashley Winters (Natalie), Ridge Riebold (Kirsti), Jade Riebold, Collin Dupps and Cassidy Dupps; and his great grandchildren, Magdalena, Grayson, Merritt, Lydia, Joshua, Savannah, Ridge, Jr., Colt and Raider.
