We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2020, at the age of 83, Robert William Donley of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Barton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood E. Donley and Emma Schwender Donley; and his siblings, Shirley Sindeldecker, Emma Decrease, Rose Jafrate, Catherine Sindeldecker, Elwood Edward, Paul and Richard Donley.
He is survived by: his sister Delores Jean Fogle of Elm Grove. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic social distancing and facial coverings will be required during a visitation held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Monday from 2 p. m. to 4 p. m. with private services held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Tom Jones officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Thoburn United Methodist Church or Belmont County Animal Shelter.
