He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Kacsmar and Mary Vesely Kacsmar; and his brother Charles M. Kacsmar. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Kacsmar; his sons, Michael E. Kacsmar (Amber), Robert M. Francis (Cheryl), David E. Francis (Mialinda) and Gregory A. Francis (Michele); his grandchildren, Kade Kacsmar, Betsy Knorr, Nicole Francis, Justin Francis, Courtney Francis, Maddie Francis, Zachary Francis and Mollie Francis; his great grandchild Lucy Knorr; and his brothers, Thomas J. Kacsmar (Marge) and James F. Kacsmar (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings are required during a Memorial Funeral Liturgy with Mass to be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Martins Ferry, Ohio on Saturday at 11 am with Father Thomas Marut the celebrant.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Mary's Catholic Church or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
