He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Lewandowski); his children, Leslie Gloin of St. Augustine, Troy of St. Clairsville and Kerry Formick (Scott) of Rootstown, OH; his grandchildren, Alexandra Quellhorst (Nate) of Baltimore, MD, Dylan Gloin of St. Augustine, Connor and Garrett Formick of Rootstown; and his great grandchild Lincoln Gloin.
