He is survived by: his children, Richard Lee Jendrusik Jr. (Sarah) of St. Clairsville, Bonnie Funkhouser (Jerry) of St. Clairsville and Shawn Jendrusik (April) of St. Clairsville; and his grandchildren, Samuel Jendrusik, Emma Jendrusik and Rebekah Jendrusik.
